Preparing a rental for new tenants takes coordination. We can work with your Realtor, arrange cleaning and repairs, coordinate vendors, and help prepare the property for move-in. David can also meet tenants at the property, walk through the home with them, and help establish a local point of contact from day one.

From move-in questions to unexpected repairs, David serves as the local liaison between you and your tenants. When an issue arises, he'll keep you informed, coordinate service providers as needed, obtain multiple quotes when appropriate, and arrange access or check on work being completed. You'll stay involved in owner decisions without having to manage every detail from a distance.
