"David has been watching our house for four years. During those years he has done an excellent job making sure that there have been no problems during our absence. David checks on all the important aspects of our home (water, furnace, snow removal, etc.). He also comes and waters our indoor plants. In addition, David gives us a 'heads-up" if he thinks that the outside temperature is going to go down so low that we should temporarily increase out house temperature.
We've been lucky! Our friends who use David had a problem with their furnace. David was able to secure the proper repairs for it to be fixed without my friends having to come home. We highly recommend David to watch your home while you are away!"
