We use our proprietary 21-point checklist during every home watch visit to ensure your property is operating efficiently and to catch potential problems before they become costly.

We offer a range of additional services tailored to your specific needs, available upon request and billed at an hourly rate.

• Coordination with contractors and maintenance professionals.
• Snow removal from walkways.
• Light landscaping tasks.
• Forwarding packages and mail to ensure you stay connected even while away. Postage will be billed for reimbursement.
• Stocking your refrigerator for your return. Simply provide us with the shopping list, and we'll take care of the shopping and unloading. The cost of the items will be invoiced for reimbursement.
• If you have pets staying home while you are traveling, we're happy to discuss their requirements and how we can accommodate your beloved companions.

We will tailor our home watch plan to your unique needs. ​This is an example of the base checklist for most homes.​

Exterior:

1. Inspect for signs of attempted access, pests, insects, leaks, cracks, and damage around the exterior of the home.
2. Assess any damage caused by lawn service and/or snow removal service.
3. Verify the functionality of the generator, if applicable.
4. Examine the roof and gutters for damage or clogs from ground level.
5. Collect and secure packages, mail, and newspapers.

Interior:

1. Record the inside temperature and check thermostats.
2. Run water in sinks and tubs/showers and flush all toilets.
3. Operate the garbage disposal, if applicable, and run a short cycle on the dishwasher monthly.
4. Check the temperature of all refrigerators and freezers.
5. Reset clocks on appliances if there was a power outage.
6. Replace batteries in smoke detectors, if needed
7. Inspect locks on all doors and windows.
8. Check the electric panel for tripped or hot circuit breakers.
9. Monitor the boiler PSI gauge and hot water heater for leaks.
10. Inspect ceilings throughout the home for leaks.
11. Check oil and propane levels.
12. Check bulbs on any lamps on timers. Replace if needed.
13. Water plants.
14. Start car(s).
15. Monitor pool and hot tub water levels.
16. Investigate for signs of pests, rodents, or insect activity.
